Hello investors,  I am Canadian and our housing market here in Ontario is so unaffordable the numbers mostly don't make sense as rentals.

Too many people want to go out of city of state because they are chasing the 'better' returns.

Moreover, I want to know what people look for when they do identify a good deal.

I also dislike the equivalent of grade inflation- in the sense of just because it's all average wear and tear (?)
