As soon as you get an approval for one, pass it to your buyers.So, the basic steps are:1) Market for sellers2) Work with the seller to get the package together for the lender3) Work the process with the lender to get the short sale approved.At the same time, market for buyers.

If you're just looking to give away names/numbers I wouldn't expect anymore than $100-$200 per 'lead' after it's been successfully closed/flippedIf you speak with the seller, meet with the seller to get contracts signed, gather their info and basically put the package together as instructed you should expect $1k - $2k after successfully closed/flipped

They were certainly a contributor, but I would not say that they were a "major contributor"I would have to say that the "major" contributors were the greedy banks giving loans to anyone with or without a heart beat (also to their qualifying pets, ha ha) as well as wall street and their infinite greed, finding very lucrative ways to package up the loans and sell them off for billions of dollars.Your thoughts?
