Question to seasoned SS Investors

I know that you're doing your own marketing for SS leads.
So if you were offered leads that meet your criteria, how would like to partner with the person that brings you leads? per lead (if so, how much)? Per closed deal (if so, how much) ?

In the nutshell, I am getting lots of leads that I don't use, so I am looking for ways to recycle them.
Thanks
