A much needed one!

Any one with any ideas or insight please reach out. 

I intend to live in the top unit and list the lower one-bedroom unit, which has it's own address and entrance on Airbnb.

Recently the PM tried contacting the utility company to access the tenant's former bills, but the utility company turned them away, saying no one but the tenant could have access. 

I mean you could make offers and if you are in the market and they aren't you can always file complaints, (only legit ones) with the city, to keep it on their radar and make it a squeeky wheel for the current owner, but yeah i'm not really a fan of bailing out people in any industry who make mistakes, so by all means by the properties but not your or anyone else's problem that they made the errors they did.  

Specifically i found that we had to coordinate keys, the seller move out, the closing times, wiring instructions, and various other little details to get the deal done... being this was our first one, it was unclear who communicates all of these as there was obviously no agents or brokers involved.  

How does one go about obtaining a basic floor plan of their AirBNB to submit to the city/county?
