@Bernard DePascale she can send out "just sold" post cards to everyone in the neighborhood from a site like prospects plus to help generate some momentum, she should also post about her success on social media and lastly I'd offer her the advice to go back to working her personal sphere and ensuring that everyone that she knows is aware that she's in the business and is there to assist (she'll need to make sure that she does this multiple times as people in the sphere will forget).
