Transferring resi property from your name with a lame QCD shows up in your title chain (no anonymity) and heightens risks you are trying to avoid.

Good points Cody, however I would look further up the food chain from property management companies when searching for the right properties. 

In an STR there is a kitchen so meals can be made.

I mentioned maybe they want to find someone local and take them for a nice 30 dollar meal and see where that gets you first.30 bucks, 15,000, 30 bucks, 15,000....

I agree that you should focus on long chain keywords.

I'm sure they'd be grateful for a takeout meal on their landlord and it eases the burden of making a meal without a stove (and fewer dishes to wash by hand), even if for one evening.

Those residents have regular home health care visits and the homes are equipped or oxygen, medical monitoring, access by contracted professionals (meal delivery, nursing, physical or occupational therapy),etc. the residents have private bedrooms and bathrooms but share living and dining areas. 

They have a lot of different types of events in the greater Charlotte area some free, some not, and some simply require that you support the host location by buying a meal.

But hey, they got some nice freeze dried meals for the next 20 years.
