I read BRRRR, did a flip, made $15k profit with a partner ($7.5k/ea), bought a SFH that is cash flowing $200/mo with a 7% CoC ROI (pre-refinance), listened to 15 of the bigger pockets podcast while I work my 12 hr shift in a frozen -10 degree warehouse, and am looking to hopefully make an offer on my 1st multi-family.

Also, I have been listening to the podcasts here and there but of course I think that's a little advance since I'm not entirely sure yet what they're talking about, however, they really make me excited for some reason and really pumps me every time I listen to them.

I started off like you just listening to podcasts and reading a few books here and there, but now I've been getting more serious about purchasing my first property.

Hello, After listening to hundreds of podcast I decided to create an account here :) Right to the point, I currently own a 1 family which has significantly accrued equity within the past 5 years, $200k+.

I am new to real estate investing and listening to all the podcasts, reading books, trying to learn what I need to do.

But, you should really read / listen up on some of the challenges people have faced. 

I would recommend listening to Avery Carl's episode of the BiggerPockets podcast (364).
