Hello all, I am in need of some advise from all you multi-family experts out there.

Very friendly, responsive and has extensive market knowledge in the DFW. 

A local agent placing renters will have the best knowledge of current prices and tenant expectations - they may be able to give you advice on desired upgrades you may not have considered which will get you better return for your renovation dollars. 

The easiest solution is to hire a property manager until you gain some knowledge and experience and can try handling this on your own.

Bigger Pockets is such a wealth of knowledge that it is easy to get somewhat lost.You can search forums by category and scroll through the most recent for interesting sounding topics or search for specific keywords.  

They are a brother team and very knowledgeable in note investing, foreclosures, and real estate.

I would like to start out close by where i live which is the Orlando-Kissimmee area here in Florida but Im open to learn and discuss about other markets as well since I want to invest and build my protfolio nationally later on.I have no experience on REI besides the knowledge gained from bp, youtube, etc.

I am sure many of you experts have gone through this, please comment! 

I have been researching the providence ri area and so far it looks like an area that is on the uprise. Anyone have any info on the area?
