Now that I have begun researching real estate investing, my interest in home rehabbing has only grown and I could say Im willing to leave the safety of my welding job in order to gain the skills and knowledge of the contractor field.  

Well, I ended up getting a new job that took me to other side of the country and so I never actually moved into the place.

I am more of a buy and hold guy as flipping turned out to not work for my schedule.

I've decided to look outside of the area and found the Central Valley to be most appealing due to job creation.
