Is your DSCR ratio greater than 1-meaning are you cash flowing (according to the lender's criteria of mortgage, property taxes and insurance (and HOA) if applicable).

I would presume property insurance, but is there any other expenses that should not move over the the PM LLC?

We have no intentions of ever selling, but would like your advice on how we can begin to consider possible exit strategies.

@Simone Montague-Jackson agree with @Charles Carillo and @Jordan Moorhead, that they aren't what the marketing hype claims.Insurance companies are in business to make money, which requires them to have a hard stance on claims and incentivizes them to deny as many claims as possible.In our opinion and 24 years of observations, it worse with warranty insurance products!

I just wanted to see if your still considering that area, have you been able to find a property that fits your house hacking strategy in that area?

The roof and the floors were not huge costs to us the buyer, as the seller filed an insurance claim for water damage just prior to our offer closing.

Crunching the numbers and having a clear strategy is essential for your any real estate investment.
