So far, this site has been huge for me, as a resource and inspiration.

But I know that I need to do something to change my financial outlook in order to be able to make a better life for me and my wife and young children.

Hi guys, @Bret Burton, I must say, it is such an inspiration having someone from the area reaching out.

"good neighborhoods", the class A school districts where parents want to send the children to school you won't find a lot of great deals.

I've been with my children ALL day and its been impossible to connect with a local agent for feedback.This property is turn-key, 3/2 1300sq ft.

I prefer states where my children are, so I have a reason to spend extended period there, and able to spend time with the kids too.
