HB 6588 and HB 6589.Both bills are very similar, 4% + Inflation yearly maximum, they also deny rent increases during a "state wide public health emergency" and extends the rent freeze 1 year after!

In doing so, we were able to address the health or safety concerns of many, comply with orders that varied state by state, and meet the demands of a very active market.  

Note: the above is not my actual personal scenario I gave it to help illustrate the question I am asking.

Honestly i keep going back and forth about what my long term goals are . one day they are " let me just pay off my mortgages in the next 2 years and just live off that income which isnt bad " Then i have thoughts about if Another Covid hits and my rentals dont pay rent or down the line when i get older , Health Care wont be cheap for me and wife if we need retirement home , Hopefully not .

So 6000.And I also have a high deductible health insurance plan with an HSA with another 2000 in cash.That would be a total of 14,000 in cash.

Another way is to search for "health food" stores.

After listening to a podcast about tax notes this morning, and walking my own neighborhood daily for the last 3 months (for my health, not necessarily "walking for dollars") I decided to look up the tax records on a house that I know needs some work and is visibly in distress.
