I enjoyed watching...especially many of the SUPER hot track and field woman.

We are looking at a house in a hot part of town that burned pretty bad.

Probably the reason it's not a hot topic is due to the uniqueness of the accounts, with so many variables at work for each investor.

And those do help the newbies from getting in hot water but they are very specific types of investments and there is generally a trade-off on appreciation/maintenance costs/and general PIA factor as you go up.

The rental market is so hot in adams county and the rest of the metro area that it makes no sense to me to take on that risk.

My SFH rented for $1,200 tenants paying all utilities, the next door building rented for $1,495, but the owner paid heat, hot water, cold water, sewer and trash.

wow no way I would have that kind of patience....I am under contract on a banked owned foreclosure and I had the inspection and appraisal done within a week of going under contract...I am closing in exactly 30 days ....and I am in a very hot market and people are very busy this time of year.

Oh also, I live in a really "green" area and having solar hot water and solar PV panels helps my street cred.
