@Alejandro Villalpando I am hoping that the one I host will be back in person soon... we just need to find a venue again which can be a pain. 

I don't think the house cash flows enough to hire a property manager, and my current plan is to pay a friend to host a couple open houses if the tenants move out.

I am going to a real estate investor convention that Tyler Deveraux will be hosting…I thought that would be a great step to start to get connected with individuals.

It has one level that is a loft that is the main sleeping area that will host the only traditional bed and likely a day bed as well or possibly a futon. 

I would also suggest some meetups, which we at The FI team host quite a few, our biggest one is the Househacker's meetup, which our monthly one is this Wednesday the 16th.

Some local lenders I’ve found will go as little as 15% down while using STR projected income and there are also national lenders like Host Financial and Visio Lending if you can put 20 or 25% down.
