Here are some tips I use to keep with it.I schedule my gym time in calendar, just like another meeting.I built a gym at home in my basement (right next to my office) as I prefer that to going to a crowded gym.I shop once a week and focus on mostly healthy food.

The best tip I can give you ask a flipper or a new construction home builder if you can shadow an entire project, maybe run errands for them and deliver supplies to the job.Get on the job every day, best way to learn the process, every municipality is a little different, my experince is from Milwaukee, I would have to learn a lot, even if it were close by like Chicago.

A friend was renting a place in Denver, and just purchased a home.

I just purchased a 2 family home in the Bronx (NY). 

For example a 5 acre lot is not worht 5x a 1acre lot if it can only support one home.

The home needs about 10k worth of work. 

That means don't put bills in your personal name or have anything that would indicate on your credit that you used that address as your primary home.
