Penny wise and pound foolish.Hire a contractor that will pay you or credit you for work you can do;But, you must do it correctly,do it on time as required,not do something that hangs other subs waiting for you or getting in their way,And, get a 1099 because if you don't you'll be overstating your flip income and understating your earned income.

My biggest hang up was whether the company name was on the logo or not, sometimes like for a t-shirt I want the name on there but for my business cards (which I get from Vista Print by the way) I didn't so I had to do some editing on my own.

I do not plan at this time to actively be an Agent, but rather to hang my license at a brokerage that has minimal fees (and minimal support for me) like @Tim Angevine referred to.I don't know what brokerage that will be, but I know at least one person that is paying under $40/mo. to hang his license.
