Take a loan out personally and then utilize the General Warranty Deed to transfer ownership into an LLC?

An investor isnt just going to hand you $100k for a property unless it's a good investment for them.

However, you will need high FICO above 740 and will not be hand held.

I'm working towards buying a house hack in central Florida, but the handful of properties I've identified as possibilities are all already rented out.

My suggestion would be to search the Casper zip codes using the search feature in the upper right hand corner next to the bell image and your picture.

Or the investor could buy the property, refinance it and hold the note with the bank while transferring ownership over to me?
