We completed a purchase in Bridgeport in February and aside from one appliance that we had to replace (owner paid for half), the maintenance has been between $100.00 - $200.00 per month just getting things to where we like.

Too early to tell IMO but if you insist on preliminary data I am happy to share...At our largest facility, we collected $5900 on March 1st and 2nd and $6073 on April 1 and the first half of April 2....so I'd say no change based on that very small sample size.

Frankly I don't like showing during that time anyway with half the furniture gone, packing boxes everywhere, and what if the tenant loses an iPhone and thinks one of my visitors took it when my back is turned?

I still have their deposit and anticipate we'll rent their unit within 1-2 weeks so there won't be any loss to the Landlord.Only 0.4% of my renters (<15 out of 360) have contacted me to say they will be late because they're waiting on unemployment or some other assistance.Over half of my renters have paid so far.We're still getting a steady stream of inquiries for available rentals.
