Austin has great growth prospects. 

To me, being from Socal, it's super cheap in my mind and with the 5% increase to Denver growth per year, I feel like there's a lot of opportunity.

These are basically the suburban areas that have already experienced massive growth over the last two decades. 

If you find a good one they'll probably offer services to look at properties for you too; your growth is their growth.

It makes money, has great growth potential, is really fun, it gives me a strong sense of purpose and brings joy to my day.

A lot of California investors look here in Phoenix - it's a short commute, we have a healthy market with lots of job growth, and appreciation has been reliable.
