Would you feel confident working with residential buyers knowing 50% of what you should?

I know that I invested in a syndication deal and watching @Matt Faircloth on YouTube gave me the confidence I needed.

Could be ego, could be self confidence.

But, just you saying it doesn't make it true, regardless of how confidently you say it.

If you're in an area where there are plenty of sales (at least a couple sales of similar houses per month) and they're all at similar prices then you can be pretty confident about the value.
