I have been reading ALOT on real estate investing ( I just finished the free beginners guide from Bigger Pockets) and actually stumble across this page when I was looking on reviews for the guru Phil Pustevojsky (no I haven't fall into any of these expensive guru traps).I have always wanted to invest in real estate but thought that I needed alot of money to start so I tried doing two different MLM business but that didn't work out so well.
