Once, I get a few loans out, and get my process down, then bring in other money from friends and family. 

Our last email from Alan confirmed our suspicions that we were getting jerked around by him admitting that it was his fault that the refund process was dragging on because he ‘knew what was in our best interest to do’ and that was for us to relaunch the program instead of giving us a refund.

Once you've found a trustworthy team, the process of scaling becomes much smoother.

Every lead investor can call upon any (or all) of several mentors as often as is necessary throughout the process of locating a property, making an offer on it, inspecting it, evaluating its financials and prospects, and rehabbing it, if necessary. 

Another issue is that out of state investors seldom bother to protest their taxes which is an essential part of the process each year...if you don't push back, that's on the investor.

Personally for your first property I’d recommend something you can maybe visit once or twice during the process if possible.

I'm in process of purchasing properties in FL & would like to be aware of this property management. 

Now I'm fairly new to wholesaling so I'm not exactly sure how to go about this process involving homes with mortgages but it doesn't seem like it would be a good deal.

After flipping a few homes, we have found that buyers can be pretty aggressive in their requests for "repairs" during the due diligence process.  

My question is what is the process once you do receive a call from a motivated seller?
