The PM said that  they were advised by their broker that they should not provide any information other than basic information about the tenants as that information belongs solely to them and to their broker and we do not hold a license nor a broker to hold that information for us.

The seller actually just got tenants in for me at 1350 each side on 1 year leases so it’s looking like it will be long term for now.
