I am 22 years old and have been jumping from job to job the past couple of years not finding anything to my liking. i'm still trying to figure things out for myself but i know i want to be financially free by the age of 30 and i want to work for myself.

I’ve never worked in sales but I think that’s what I need to experience in order to grow my income (my current job is completely unrelated to anything here).

If the HOA doesn't seem to be doing a good job, then it might have me skeptical.

I’m going to have to go back and listen to your podcast again. team work makes the dream work.. could not have done it without great team , from investors and bankers and my wife selling the product. 

As a PM I will tell you that Zillow, et all, has made the job of the leasing agent very time consuming.

I also occasionally have random people come to my house trying to intimidate me into paying them to do odd jobs.

I might as well have printed it out and used a crayon but it does the job for non-locals.Green = OK to apply for STR with the City of OrlandoGrey = Within the city but not approved for STR.Everything else = Few if any limits.
