I have no direct knowledge but I have heard on many occasions of agents who are double/triple licensed in border states (NY, NJ, PA).

My contract will expire on the 16th, and it looks like his attorney is advising a double close (or for him to weasel me out of the deal), but there is not enough spread on the deal to make that realistic. 

@Cameron Chesney Your particular situation probably lends itself better to Assignment of Contract, rather than a double closing. 

I could however hire out an answering service to handle all of the incoming calls and get back to the callers within a day or so.My job represents the biggest hurdle.Plan A, in order to double check or fact check a wholesalers facts I would need access to the MLS to do comps.

I was able to push through the mortgage using an HO-3 policy because I will be living on the mother-in law for a while until I can find the next property, but now my broker is stating that we need a DP-3 policy which is double of what my original HO-3 quote was.
