The price HANO is providing is quite high if your property is anywhere outside the Quarter, however, it might be more reasonable if you are talking about a property within the Quarter.HANO GuidelinesI've provided the link below, but here is the important part: "To calculate the approved rent, HANO compares the owner-requested amount to the rents for private units with similar features, amenities, and location."

Pick an automation solution that is federated (meaning not an all in one solution yet integrated across resources that you will need), scalable to grow as your enterprise needs grows, simple enough to use as a startup yet teachable to your team members as they onboard and assist your growth and most important minus the fluff which can be confusing and expensive from the beginning as most of the features you won’t even use in your day to day operations.

Otherwise, they will use a prorated historical average (which is for a fully occupied apartment), and you'll pay more than the actual use.Lastly, I would recommend against the "leave on for landlord" feature
