The days where the hungry new agent worked like a dog to build customer base and learn the business are really gone. 

No leaking toilets, no broken appliances, no barking dogs or noisy neighbors, etc.

To start at the bottom of the food chain and "learn as you earn", maybe start as a "bird dog".

I’ve seen people pay $40 for a cat or dog, and get more for deposit.

I do not accept cats, I do accept dogs and have never had a problem.

It seems slightly crazy to be honest - especially considering we have 3 almost-teenagers and 2 dogs! 

I would reach out to them before you close so that you can ask the questions in a way that is neutral meaning that you don't have a dog in the fight (yet).

Dogs are now chewing the roses after I weeded and pruned the garden ,where do I stand, I have tried to get tenants to pay for plants in the past ,but always seem to get ppl claiming financial hardship when moving out 🤬/ being kicked out .
