Without that information there is no point in debating over what to do because we don't have all the information required to make an educated decision. 

Not saying you are kicking a dead horse, but this is debated/argued/discussed ad nauseam here already.Given your limiting factors, I would still use leverage and do something else to put my money to work if I couldn't buy another property.

Horrible results, might even be worse than TK-  thats debateable.

If your sole purpose is for asset protection, that is a widely debated topic on the site.
