I am about to write an offer for a Bed & Breakfast. 

@Jorge Siverio The main things taken into account are the number of beds/baths, age of the home, lot type, and square footage, in addition to any additional smaller features the home may present.

I am looking for a site or book that has a detailed due diligence checklist before closing on a Bed & Breakfast.

Each home is 3 beds, 2 baths, very much like tract homes (but no garage).

The property is a 3 bed 1.5 bath duplex. 2112 sq ft. 

For example, one of our turnkey 4 bed/2 bath properties in Center Point rented at $1,100 and it went under contract this week at $110,000. 

Just now I noticed in the same complex: A 1 bed/1 bath unit is available. 

Some IUL may be great for death benefit, but not for cash value accumulation.
