All that said, the whole Spokane area including Post Falls and Coeur De Alene is growing very fast.

Hi @Dahanayaka De Silva,I'm not currently in the Richmond market but have been to a few meetups and events in the area, Richmond REIA and Richmond RING I think our the two networking groups names. 

We’ve had our STR rental for 4 years now—it’s mainly just a summer rental at the beach in Delaware.

I work solely with real estate investors in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and New York helping them do their flips or rentals, I have been doing that for the last four years as my sole focus.

My first step would be to obtain an option c,d,e, etc. 

Here's my issue....My original offer stated that the utilities would be on and de-winterized prior to the inspection.

I believe the best sates are Nevada and Delaware, I would do some more research!
