I have similar problems with our plumbing and construction customers where customers negotiate, agree to a deal and then try to change the deal so they for something selfish that benefits them and with no concern or regards for your welfare.

They did a drive by, took pictures, and I paid for it (deducted at closing), and took about one month.The third property I'm refinancing now is through SoFi and I paid for that with a credit card through their website, and they assigned one as well.

The City used google satellite images to go as far back as 15 or 20 years to "prove" that all those trees were "missing" compared to earlier pictures.
