From the initial training I have had, I understand that it is best to have multiple corporations set up for individual strategies.

Unless you elect C-corp or S-corp tax treatment, an LLC is a pass through entity for taxes and has no effect at all.

Ideally, there will be multiple corporations of different types involved (that you set up) and a clean tie into a living trust.Can we make suggestions for attorneys here?

It is just as easy to take profits from an S- corporation as it is a sole proprietorship.

They are, however, the necessary evil of corporate 401Ks.

Canadian side was already quite successful with tourism before their casinos also, difference between the two sides was, US took the easy greedy corporate money route where Canada developed more slowly into the tourism field, one now thrives and other is ghost town dump.I wouldnt be willing to gamble a penny that the casinos will help anything locally.
