I say this, because many of my colleagues (educated doctors) think you don't pay taxes at all and this is all free money.

I have a college education in business that emphasized real estate.  

I also got a college education in 1980 that was emphasized in real estate.  

When I first joined BP, it's was a lonely place for us Canucks.There is a big educational seminar going on in Vancouver in two weeks held by REIN.

I am an attorney by education, have broker licenses in both CA and MA, started my own real estate company, and have recently begun to get into investing.

Getting educated would be the best way to start.
