My goal is to generate enough passive income that I'm no longer depending on my engineering paycheck to support me and my family.I understand that I have a lot to learn and I plan to soak up as much knowledge as I can.

At my "normal" job I am the engineering Director at a large automotive aftermarket company managing approx. 85 employees, budgets, strategic planning, etc., etc. 

I have a home on Burns Street in Wichita that I may get on contract this week. 

Burning one parties car was the way one of the parties involved decided to handle the situation.Best part about the car fire was one of the parties forgot which car was owned by the tenant.

If accidentally having to pay $500 in closing costs again is your definition of getting screwed, I'd hate to be around when you get surprised by a bedbug infestation, a $10k sewer line replacement, or someone intentionally burning down the rehab you just finished.That's just a small sample of my last 12 months rehabbing.
