I count my lucky stars that I found bigger pockets because i've learned so darn much.

I stumbled across the Bigger Pockets site about 6 months ago and have been hooked ever since!

I am new to the Bigger Pockets website but have listened to quite a few of their podcast.

Or do I buy a home, live in it, and try to pay it off as fast as I can and then move on to a bigger better home in a nicer area afterwards?

(but yet somehow I am still proud of it and want to teach folks how they can do the same, but obviously have more than 4... through the power of consistency)However, I just wanted to share my proud moment of having these 4 followers with you guys in Bigger Pocket, so maybe by just pure luck or perhaps by your very own curiosity you get to check it out to see what I think about commercial real estate world of investment and why on earth am I doing this... 

In hindsight I see that being a part of a bigger group or even a team, like KW for instance, would definitely have it's advantages for a new person like me just starting out with no experience in the industry.

I am wondering if Bigger Pockets would have a presence there or any real estate investors are going. 

The downside is you would need more cash obviously to buy bigger but I can't really see very much downside at all.

Go bigger because you can do the math that these little sfhs are not the answer.
