Does anyone know if BP offers the ability to gift someone a BP Pro membership?

@Billie Jo this was more about creating a management co to receive "management fees" that would be established as a S-corp for purposes of employing me and some family members that help me with the business so i could write off employer's portion of FICA taxes and have an ability to purchase group health insurance through the business. my properties are set up in regular LLCs that pass income to me personally as S-corps have double taxation. at least it was my understanding of the tax side.  

Have reserves and the ability to finance if needed.  

Note, I'm a 23 year old female, so I feel that may hinder my ability to come off as a serious professional and landlord.

If you sign contracts with no ability nor intention to close, this is called FRAUD BY INDUCEMENT.

If the last recorded deed holders are dead and the property has gone through probate usually there is an affidavit from the personal rep of the estate recorded at the registry confirming their ability to sell the real estate, or a new deed drafted transferring title to the appropriate person according to will or laws of intestacy. 

Maxing out credit cards (which I'm guessing you did) hurts your credit score which will hurt your ability to get a loan down the road.
