I show them the property, personally, because I like to see if they arrive on time, are communicative in general, and what questions they ask during the tour.If they want an application, since they were already communicating through Zillow, I can send the application link to them directly through app right away.

Watch out for the negative equity though, or you could get in trouble if your term with the sellers arrives and the house wont appraise for a loan for your tenant/buyers.Please, take this advice with some caution, since I'm a newbie too.Good luck

For example, someone mis-measures an area of the kitchen which means that last cabinet just doesn't fit, which means you have to order a different one, which means you're behind schedule, and then two days after it's supposed to arrive you get an email saying it's on backorder and will take another month, which means you're either going to list it with an unfinished kitchen (not ideal) or you're not going to sell it when planned.
