The ARV is around 110-130K and I am looking to keep it as a BRRRR rental.My plan:I am planning on airing out the crawlspace and turning on the utilities to have air circulating throughout the house for starters.

Your real estate agent should have some great recommendations for these service providers, along with the trade-specialists (like a heating and air person, plumber, etc) for follow-up inspections in case the general inspection shows a need for follow-ups.Best of luck!
