With this method it will confirm that the funds used for the next house were from my day-job paycheck, transferred weekly to the business account until it reached 20k. 

I use the same team for now since they're willing to learn and adapt, and I pay them a little more than I did initially.5.

If you have the money I would like at the buy and hold method.  

I definitely don't want to come across as expecting a discount, I guess I was just surprised that the same purchases I would have been making before with my personal card suddenly don't get a discount when I switch my payment method.

Hi everyone,I've been recently growing my knowledge on the BRRRR method and am quite intrigued -- I'd actually entered escrow on a deal before researching it more...but wanted to get your thoughts on plumbing and whether issues that arise during inspection related to non-conforming stacks/cast iron replacement are dealbreakers.  

Will you find your properties on MLS , through direct marketing, or some other method?

Most large banks are going to underwrite you in a traditional method for a HELOC.
