I'll be taking on 6-10 agents which is new for me, so I kind of feel like a start-up again!

Will have to wait to see what kind of concession the portfolio manager will make on it :)In general I've been pretty happy.

We are planning to finance the deal so you can think of the bank as being another party in this transaction.My question for the community is the following:  How do you guys usually structure these kinds of deals?  

This is the kind of feedback I was hoping to hear so I’m glad to know that I wasn’t totally off in my thinking.

For example, if it were that simple, doctors could just have patients sign off that they might die or be injured during surgery, and there would be no need to spend multiple digits of expenditure in malpractice insurance and we could visit a doctor for $50.Go after their insurance.

The good: rents are kind of low even for that market.

However, I don't think the return on this kind of project will be worth it to a lot of people. you never know until you ask though
