We even own some equipment, like a Bobcat, but also rent equipment.We're having trouble breaking down each home into its individual expenses, mainly labor, materials and equipment costs and amortization.

I’m hoping that someone might be willing to trade some free labor (I’m in good shape and I’m a quick learner) for experience in renovating, and any other general advice you might be willing to give.
