However, if the tenant is paying $1000/month as a monthly rent payment then advertising the gross rent of $1000 isn't technically wrong.I've ran into a lot of weird undisclosed stuff in leases like landlord supplied utilities and internet, incorrect rent amounts, landlord paid routine maintenance, etc.

Best place to find lenders is at your local REIA, NOT ON THE INTERNET!!

So I've been listening to BP, reading articles and listening to other podcasts, I decide that we're going to push some money into our home, bring up the value, then do a cash out refinance.

Then as the TV industry got worse and worse (2017/2018), I found BIGGER POCKETS and RICH DAD POOR DAD as I was scouring the internet for a way to get out of TV.
