There is a big difference between a higher co-op (you will get paid more period when it closes) and a bonus (you might get more money if A,B,C,D happens but if not so sorry).Just wondering what your experience has been.

@Jake Harris Yea, to comment on your post. we stayed using airbnb over the weekend. and the best part is that there was somebody that rent my house over the weekend in Houston so the cost of travel kinda even out :d
