My question is once title is transferred through the court does it get a full title report ran just like it does in escrow?

Usually in court a judge will say a buyer has a "right to your own inquiry".

I am dealing with the court appointed trustee.

I currently have seven single-family rentals in Kansas City (three are free & clear), and I own portions of two apartment complexes totaling 210 units in Arizona.

I was summoned to court after carrying out what I thought was due process for a tenant who had a  month to month agreement.

Just for grins I pulled up the HCAD page for a medium sized apartment complex in my neighborhood.

I know of someone who had a great job but had to move because of work during the downturn, the lender about a year after the sale came back after them for the balance and filed it in court.

It appears that the condo complex she is in has recently divested itself of the Golf Course and Marina .

Of course, if other parts of the relationship (including behavioral and financial aspects) would lead the IRS (or the courts) to determine that a worker is an employee, that's one thing.
