One other thing in an older BP version, is that once a post reached a certain number of votes, the border around that post changed a bit to highlight that post and draw the reader's attention, and it changed again at another vote threshshold (something I admit I liked, to make sure I didn't miss something outstanding in some thread).Keep in mind that the BP site limits your number of vote bullets in a given time interval, so you may want to be selective in voting lest you run out of votes just before I post something great :)

:)Then live in it, initially select a decent area, you know where you would live (LOL) then later on, look at it to rent, if not, sell and move on.

Not having that issue in my Chrome (on Mac).Did you try selecting "Actual Size" under the View menu (Command-0 on a Mac) just incase you inadvertently resized the view (my son does it every time he plays with my laptop).

If this is a viable option then it very well may be that FM could be the selected lender, given the number are good:As for the financing, you can finance Multi Family properties with Fannie Mae but will likely have to go through their small loans program for this scenario.

We are at the point where they just write "buy this", I do, and they handle everything else from repairs to Carpet selection and then they market and sell or rent.As for financing, I would avoid Hard Money loans if at all possible.
