We had an individual click on the ad, and provide us with their name, email and cell phone number along with the notation that by submitting this information you agree to receive emails and text messages etc.Well, I guess this person does not remember this (thankfully this is information we easily keep and have readily available), and had an attorney send us a letter noting their client never signed up to receive notices from us.
