@Michael Plante if you are not using a Realtor to sell your property, you will not get full market price for it and you will be dealing with unqualified buyers who may not be able to close.

Having said that, there is the added overhead of annual tax returns (even if they are essentially Null returns), etc.I have heard of using a Limited Partnership as the holding entity but don't understand it well enough to comment further.Oren

haha..For sure a state by state thing and probably varies depending on residential or larger commercial PSAs that re less templated.I have had this issue in PA if they are using a standard board of realtor P and sale agreement there is a mandatory mediation clause and that is why he is going to mediation.. real estate department does not get involved with this type of issue.. so that would not be appropriate..
