You can't have trip hazards, so if you have large sections of concrete that are lifting up and would cause someone to trip, they will likely call that out.

I dont think Gregg Marshall at WSU took advantage until recently - I noticed in the Bus Journal he transferred the deed to his house to an LLC he set up so I'm assuming his accountant finally got with it and he set up an LLC taxed as an Scorp to take the payments from the school in lieu of them paying him directly.Disclaimer - I'm not a tax professional - simply a guy who likes to read and attempt to understand the nuances of the tax code.
