Not only is it steady income, since the money is not coming from the tenants but from the ALF, but you are also providing a great service to folks who can really use it.I have looked around online for ALF in my area to see what's out there.I think a good way to go about it when you are ready to pull the trigger is to start contacting them like you said and find out how you can help them first before making changes or renovations to properties.
