A few potential modifications:Instead of RV's I eventually place Tiny Homes on the pads and rent them out instead of just renting the pads.Place the Pads in such an way that they can be their own lots in the future, and sell them individually (maybe with TH's).Go straight to Tiny Homes and arrange them in a more community oriented fashion (circle with fire pit or something).What are your thoughts?

You will get re-sold a nice looking house in between two crack-houses. 

The driveway was cracked in multiple places & the slope was in our mind a limiting factor for buyers.

Need some help finding a concrete/mason/construction company that can help with the following work.Concrete walkway and steps are severely cracked and separated from the house.

I already know the roof needs replaced and there were some cracks in the foundation so I am working on those now.

This house has been through a few earthquakes and has cracking on the stucco, some of the drywall, and foundation.also some of the plumbing is old. 

Seems to me that Canada needs tiny homes more than the US!
